MICR 461 - Advanced Immunology Winter 2025 (On-Campus) Year 4 4-5 hours/week 3 units Available On-Campus Course Advanced immunology course focused on current topics in immunology and immunology‐related scientific research. Prerequisites Minimum 4th year (Level 4) standing, registration in a LISC/BHSc Major or SSP, a GPA of 2.5, and a minimum grade of A- in one of (MICR 360/3.0; MICR 386/3.0). Method of Delivery In class. Learning Outcomes To complete this course, students will demonstrate their ability to: Participate in a collaborative group presentation to convey current immunology topics. Create an individual presentation in order to explain specific aspects of your topic. Development of research skills in order to evaluate and critique how current research articles advance the field. Development of writing skills in order to critique current scientific literature and use this to support a personal opinion.
